Look into the v$reserved_words view.

where  column_name in (select keyword
                       from v$reserved_words
                       where reserved = 'Y');

Implications: your program should ge an error in the current or a future version
How to resolve: change the column name

Ask your DBA to grant you access to the view.
And post your Oracle version.
