Is there any way to search a non-ascii(that is not in the keyboard ) character from a string???

You have to know which characters are not in the keyboard.
My keyboard includes characters like יאטחש₪ I'm pretty yours does not include these ones. And I think you have characters I don't have. And some chinese keyboards I saw have no basic ascii characters.
Or maybe you think about common characters among all character sets, that is all those in US7ASCII character set. In this case just get characters where ASCII function returns a value greater than 127 or, as Ana suggested, searches for \ in the string returned by ASCIISTR.

thanx . I did it with a pl/sql. actually I needed the charcters those r not OSI character(ascii value:32 to 126).
