What did you do?

What happens if you retry it? Does the error remains?

What happens if you reboot and start over?

Did you use Ctrl-K or Ctrl-Shft-K for your compile? Try the latter. Then do your Ctrl-T (Generate). Does that help?

Is your OC4J session running? Is this your first form? Can you run the 'test' form from the forms builder.
