Hi all,

We are currently working on making absence recording available to users via self service and in the process of testing have found that when in core and scrolling through absences, when a sickness absence record is passed the error 'FRM-40202: Field must be entered' appears. The next record is then displayed and no other records displayed there after, even though there are definately further records.

We have looked in different environments trying to replicate the problem, though it seems unclear why this is happening. I have just this morning looked in a different environment and scrolled through existing records and when passing sickness all fine. I then added a some absence records to an employee with no absences and when scrolling past the sickness the error occured again.

When you scroll through the absences in core, it would first display the sickness record with the Absence Start, Absence End, Sickness Start and Sickness End. When the down arrow is used to access the next record the sickness start and sickness end dates are cleared and the message displayed. Clicking on OK the next record is displayed and no other.

If using the up arrow to scroll back up it displays the sickness absence with the Sickness start and end dates and when scrolling up or down after the initial error message it does not appear again. However, the further absences are still not displayed.

Has anyone come across this before?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tin
