Read and follow OraFAQ Forum Guide, especially "How to format your post?" section.
Make sure that lines of code do not exceed 80 characters when you format. Use the "Preview Message" button.
Always post your Oracle version (4 decimals).

Check the alert.log file and any other trace one.

Regards
Michel

 UNDO TABLESPACE undotbs
DATAFILE '/u01/oracle/oradata/mydb/undotbs01.dbf'
SIZE 100M REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON MAXSIZE UNLIMITED;

Also verify the UNDO tablespace name in PFILE.
