Hello Sir,
Yesterday i installed a testing database and shut down my workstation, but today when i opened to work on it i forgot passwords i gave for SYS amd SYSTEM.Please can guide me where i can find it

If you are in the ORA_DBA group then you can connect "/ as sysdba" (after setting ORACLE_SID) and change SYS and SYSTEM passwords.
