hi,
iam trying to create table using pls_inteeger.can we use pls_integer as datatype in table creeation like

create table emp(empno pls_integer(3),ename varchar2(20));

PLS_INTEGER is PL/SQL data type, not SQL one. Read the manual to learn more about available Oracle data types.

Also, PLS_INTEGER is used only in PL/SQL for performance reasons over BINARY_INTEGER and NUMBER prior to oracle 10g.

In oracle 10g, the PLS_INTEGER is same as BINARY INTEGER.
