We have a requirement to monitor to more than 100 targets . Since Oracle recommends that 100 monitored target to be maximum. Is it possible to have more than one management respository and single management service? I would like to have Grid control software on one host and management repositories on different hosts so that I can access them using different ports. I don't want to install separate grid control for each repository.

Can somebody please point me into right direction?

You need to configure the repository for RAC.

Check the High Availability options:
