Hi folks,

Is it possible to run Apex and mod_plsql module on Apache HTTP Server instead of Oracle HTTP Server?

I haven't done it, but yes I believe it's possible. The open source version of MOD_PLSQL (MOD_OWA - maintained by an Oracle guy):
