Hi All,
I want to run some queries parallely and then make a union.i am using
dbms_job.submit(job 'procedure1;') for that.Can i not use the sql statement for example dbms_job.submit(job 'sql1;')
in place of procedure1.This makes my job easy. Pls help.

Yes you can... but of course your SQL can't return any value (as well as your procedure).
