I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand the question ...

There's a SQL Navigator 5 (executable file), and you'd like to open it using a program you'll write using Visual Basic 6. Is that correct? If so, what does it have to do with Oracle? Perhaps you'd get an answer if you post this question on Visual Basic forum. This is Oracle forum.
