Are there any special bitmap indexes created in EE that perform better than those created in SE? One of the web sites I was Googling made a reference to that.
Personally I can't think of any but you never know.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

There is no bitmap index in SE.
They only exist in EE and PE.
