Hi,

Can you shed some lights as to how to make use of utf_file package to open and export the flat file ?

What did you read in the docs about utl_file that is unclear to you?
What does your code look like, and which part exactly doesn't work or work as you intend to?

Are you sure you can't use "spool" instead of utl_file and "export"?
