I need to find out the top sql query. Please let me know how can i find the query through sqlplus in 10g

Based upon which metric(s)?
If you have a basket full of multi-colored balls, which color is "top" ball?

Obviously.

Is less RAM better than fewer IO operation?

EXACTLY how do you quantify "TOP" when units of measure are not common or convertible?
