Is there any tool or method to generate scripts for all the objects
of the given oracle database ?

You write a pl/sql to generate.

look at DBMS_METADATA.GET_DDL('OBJECT TYPE','OBJECT_NAME');

You can also use any client tool to generate. Like tora.
