RA_CONTACT_PHONES_INT_ALL doesnt have fax column ,my data file has phone and fax column no telephone_type how can i insert this in interface table
which i dont have ORIG_SYSTEM_CONTACT_REF and ORIG_SYSTEM_TELEPHONE_REF columns
help me with the logic code

Punctuation would help me understand your question but I'll give it a shot. I don't know if you have one or two unrelated questions.

Just load the TELEPHONE data into the TELEPHONE column and ignore the FAX data.

I feel better to move this to Oracle Fusion Apps & E-Business Suite Forum.

RA_CONTACT_PHONES_INT_ALL is related to Account Receivables. etrm is also a good place to dig.

First the original poster has to explain what exactly his problem is. If it is a SQL problem that happens to occur in Apps, it is in the correct forum. If it is a functional problem, caused by the structure of Apps, it will be moved.
