can any body help me to convert currency digits into words
for example how can i convert 1000 to one thousand

This might be one way to do that:

SQL> select to_char(to_date(1234, 'j'), 'jsp') num_to_words from dual;

NUM_TO_WORDS
------------------------------------
one thousand two hundred thirty-four
