We have a table that is by some application 24/7 and we made some structural changes so all the indexes on that table became invalid.

How can we rebuild the index on this table if it is being used continuously by the users/application?

I have oracle 10g R2 and Platform is RHEL4.

If you have structural changes on the table then it is not used continously (unless you used dbms_redefinition).
You can use "online" option on "alter index".
