hi,
iam trying to transfer data from OM to AR.
and in the process i have done
1.Enter Order
2. Book the Order
3.Pick release the Order
4.Pick confirm
5.Ship Confirm
6. Close delivery
--------------------------------
7. Auto-invoice

after closing the deliveries the data is not seen in ra_interface_lines_all(as workflow clicks and it projects all data in interface table)
so when we run the auto invoice pogram its not picking the sales order.

can any one reply me about this.

Rahul,

1) Run Interface trip stop and see the log files for errors
2) Run OMse11i diagonostics script and analyze the output file to diagonose this problem

Have you run the 'Workflow Background Process' before running the 'Autoinvoice Master Program'?

Dear Merlin,

Your doubt is valid... But Order would not come to this satge if the workflowbackgroud process is not scheduled. I doubt there is some errors for the interface trip stop that's why it hasn't populated the Ra interface tables.

By the way Rahul what's the status of the following

1. Order line status
2. Delivery detail status
3. Delivery status
4. Trip status

Have you checked for any error message in "Auto Invoice"???

Hi Rahul,
I'm wondering if you have resolved this issue, because this is the exact problem that I am currently experiencing.
Two weeks ago, we upgraded from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10. Many problems, of course. However, the OM to AR worked fine until 2 days ago. I'm not sure what could have happened, but the shipped order lines are not flowing into the AR interface table.
If you could share how you resolved this issue or lead me in the right direction, I sure would appreciate it.
