how can we access server which is in unix environment where we have oracle installed in windows operating systems

Server Unix or Windows ?

Oracle server in windows . To access oracle from unix machine, you better use SQL*PLUS client in linux/unix machine. You can also use tora software to connect.
Also you can enable telnet and through telnet you can access server database.
