Hi
In my XE database 14 Back ground process are running( q001,QMNC,q000,MMNL, CJQ0, RECO, SMON, CKPT, LGWR,DBW0, MMAN, PSPO, PMON)
Keeping only mandatory 5 back ground process(PMON,SMON,DBW0,LGWR,CKPT),SHALL I KILL OTHER PROCESS?

No, you can't.
Even if they seem useless for you there are mandatory.
When Oracle doesn't use them it terminates them.
