encrypt the above table data like

empid name basic
------ ----- -----
101 2#43&^ @$#%#
102 7#34&$ $^8*=

now i want dycrypt the above data like
empid name basic
----- ---- ------
101 raju 25000
102 ramu 12000

how?

So only YOU know if there is a way and how to decrypt the data.

There are many ways in Oracle to encrypt/decrypt.
The best way depends on what you want to achieve.
Don't say you want to crypt. Crypting is not a business need, it is just a tool (among others) to achieve something.
