Try <Ctrl + Z>
What did you delete? Was it a message or the whole topic? Both could (perhaps) be returned, but would require manual work.
In both cases, press "Back" button in your browser to return to previous state. Now you'll see the whole topic (or, if you are interested only in one message, this message), use copy-paste technique and post it back (it would, though, have your name).
If it was the whole topic, there would be bunch of copy-pastes, but perhaps something might be done.
But, if you deleted a topic without entering it, huh, no idea. Restore it from backup?

I was a bit too quick: I tried to have a look at the source of a message so I could reply with some formatting but I clicked wrong and the message was gone. It seems I'm not perfect after all...bummer.
