Dear Paj,

To export data from Oracle to MS Access you should have atleast Oracle Client installed on your machine. Then you have to create "Connect String" in Oracle.
Now create DSN in ODBC and mention "Connect String" you created in "Server" column of DSN and use the same DSN in MS Access Export.

If you are new to Oracle then install Oracle and and contact Oracle DBA for creating "Connect String".

This will help you.
