Hi,

We're in the process of setting up test environments in a java development
project. For this we need:

1. Testdata generation (import from old systems, and change into new
database model)
2. Versioning and configuration management of testdata
3. Administering testdata sets for each version of software and datamodel
4. Load testdata into test databases
5. Maintain testdata

Have anyone else done something like this? We're talking 5-10 different
test environments, with different test data sets and db models.

Anyone have some pointers to how this is best done?

Any recommended tools?

Any help appreciated!

Regards,
Rolf
