some thing like this

  1 select b.table_name,b.PaRTITION_NAME,sum(a.bytes)/1048576 as "Mb"
  2 from dba_segments a,dba_tab_partitions b
  3 where a.partition_name=b.partition_name
  4 and a.owner not in ('SYS','SYSTEM')
  5* group by b.table_name,b.partition_name

What do you mean? partitions created in feb? Partitions containing FEB in their name? Partitions growth during feb?
