I am trying to drop around 10 partitions from one table, All the partitions getting dropped except one partition. I check the V$loacked_objects or v$lock, make sure there is no lock on this partition or not any other session accessing this table. But i could not find any clue.

ALTER TABLE JP_FACE_RAW_MKT_REPLY_CASH DROP partition P2007_M02_2
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified

Thanks in advance

There is someone using the partition (maybe you if you do it in a procedure).
Check v$access.

Yes indeed i checked in v$access, but currently nobody is accessing this table. I need the information of the user who accessed already, while i was running my script.

If nobody now accesses the table then you no more have problem.
Next time the problem comes then you know what to do.

Now you can have a look at Log Miner, if someone modify the table at this time... but you said there was no lock.
