If the table does not contains statistics neither indexes. Is there anyway can i use any hint to increase the performance of the scripts which contains multiple Joins.

You will give a hint when you know something about it. But if you don't anything about it giving a hint is useless as far as i know.

When you use hint (almost all of them) Oracle switches to CBO and has you don't have statistics it takes default statistics.
So most of the cases you will go to suboptimal execution plan (unless you give full hints that lead to one and one plan, the one you want).
