I want to use the fnd_file package to output messages and how to use it ,whether i need to config something like directory path before i use this package,thanks for your help Razz

I don't know fnd_file package, are you talking about utl_file?
If so it does not display messages but write into a file.
Precise your question.

The FND_FILE package is described in Chapter 21 "PL/SQL APIs for Concurrent Processing" in the Oracle Applications Developer's Guide. The manual, like most others, is freely available for download from OTN.
