hello
whay i can't login in windows by follow statement:

set oracle_sid=orc1
sqlplus / as sysdba

what i must do?

Hi,
1. OS user is member of ORA_DBA group
2. what is sqlnet.ora file "sqlnet.authentication_services=?

for without password connection to DB, OS user is member of ORA_DBA group and sqlnet.ora file "sqlnet.authentication_services=NTS"

sqlnet.authentication_services=NTS

and the problem solved
