Hi,

I am using Oracle 10g. I'm trying to find a query for Oracle to retrieve the available databases, just like mysql has "SHOW DATABASES". But I just can't seem to find it in their horrific huge documentation section. Can somebody help me?

I am using Oracle 10g
Version- Oracle SQL* Plus Version 10.2.0.1.0
OS-WindowsXP

Thank u...!
Ravi

There is none in Oracle unless you call database for schema.

And I do believe that an Oracle Schema is the same as a MySql database.
