Hello sir, I have insurance application with front-end in Developer 2000 6 and back-end in Oracle 8.This application is in India and it is English language.
Sir now i want to implement that application in France, what all changes need to be done, what database parameters need to be altered, do i have to change any settings

Use WE8MSWIN1252 character set for database.
Nothing to change in the application except labels.

I don't know but it is incompatible with French one.
So if you want both languages you have to use a Unicode character set: AL32UTF8.
