can any senior member provide information about different developer 2000 components and from where i get their trial versions and sugest me which version is best to practise in Pakistan.

Oracle software can be found on Oracle Technology Network site; at the top of the screen you'll see links to Download and Documentation sections.

Which version is used in Pakistan? Well, I'd say all of available ones, plus many more obsolete ones. I'd suggest you to download a free Oracle 10g Express Edition database and the latest Developer Suite version.

Actually, I didn't have SQL Developer in mind, but fine - I'm sure you'll find it useful too.
