Hi ,

I am getting error in following statment.
alter index ERP_AVP_TRANSACTIONS_BN5 rebuild partition PY2007W46 parallel 8 compute statistics


error is as-:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P006
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kghpih:ds], [0xC0000005DF4F9E00], [], [], [], [], [], []



Please suggest me ..

ORA-00600 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support

Or in your case (last time you complained you could not access ANY oracle site): too bad. Have to wait for someone to open up the firewall.

Hey frank i am working for million $ company.they have separate DBA teams for dedicate server. I need to just open a case they will fix it .i posted here I want to just assure that there is nothing wrong in mine side..

There can't be something wrong in your side when you get an ORA-600.
And ORA-600 means Oracle gets it wrong.

ORA-00600 errors are logged in the alertlog. Those dba's should have spotted them by now.
