Can anyone tell me what is the : deferrable foreign key
and what is the deference between it and the foreign keys...

Hi,
it is a pity you did not consult Oracle documentation, found eg. at http://tahiti/oracle.com/, which describes it very well.

Database Concepts, Data Integrity, Deferred Constraint Checking
SQL Reference, Constraint DDL Clause, DEFERRABLE Clause.
