I have an error when I do exchange partiton...

I created two identical tables (parition/subpartition names, columns, properties etc) but with different table names, both of them have partitons and subpartitions. When I tried to execute exchange partiton, I've got an error: 'ORA-14292: Partitioning of table must match subpartitioning type of composite partition'.

Is it because of different type of partiton and subpartiton?

'PARTITION BY RANGE (column a, column b)
SUBPARTITION BY HASH (column c)'

Is any way to exchange partitions if I have different type of partition and subpartition?

thanks!

14292, 00000, "Partitioning type of table must match subpartitioning type of composite partition"
// *Cause: When exchanging a partitioned table with a composite partition
// the partitioning type of the table must match the subpartitioning
// type of the composite partition.
// *Action: Ensure that the partitioning type of partitioned table is the
// same as the subpartitioning type of the composite partition.
