Hello,

Help urgently needed. I ran a report but on viewing the status it is giving me Inactive - No Manager.
How can I startup the manager, the concurrent manager service is up and started.

Hi,

Did you see the status of the concurrent manager ?

did it start and exit with status 0.

you can run cmclean script and this could probably take care of the situation.

My installation is on windows, but I guess it exited with a status of 0, because it gave no complaint. Where is the CMclean script located.

From the screen shot the concurrent manager seems to be down. You can check this/restart the concurrent Manager from OAM or from Sysadmin -> Concurrent -> Manager -> Administer.
