Hi,

I have to load data from Flatfile into our Database.
First I creating the temp External table from the flat file and then loading the data to the final table.I have written a shell to load the Data.After creating the temp External table I have to check the bad records in my shell script.If there is a bad record I have to Drop the temp External table and notify to the users.can anybody help me how to check whether that table has bad records or not in a shell script.

Please help me.
