Hi,

from Command Prompt i am able to run the SQL Loader Utility and the same control file when i run on Solaris 5.9 it's giving this
$ sqlldr
ksh: sqlldr:  not found
Oracle is 9.2 Version

Does the command differ in Solaris or what am i doing wrong here

Are you sure $ORACLE_HOME/bin is in your PATH?

Btw, are you sure ORACLE_HOME is set in your environment?

did you export ORACLE_SID


like this
export ORACLE_SID=MYDB

or if you using kshell

then
. .profile_mydb

Your environment is not set up. PATH, ORACLE_HOME, etc. are not set.
