Can we setup replication between two databases which will only capture inserts, updates and deletes ?

I have a set of tables in one system and need to capture only the changes (don't need everything in the table) to a new system. Need to add some additional business logic as well.

What are the options available in oracle other than writing specific code in triggers?

Thank you
Yog
