System details: Oracle 7.3.4 on OpenVMS V7.1-2 (very old and due to be replaced in 2 years).

Every hour, we force a log switch, and determine the HIGH_CHANGE# for the Archived Redo Log (ARL) created, for database recovery purposes.

Here are the ARLs generated on 11-May-07:
