ora-16014: log %s sequence# %s not archived, no available destinations
*Cause: An attempt was made to archive the named log, but the archive was
unsuccessful. The archive failed because there were no archive log
destinations specified or all destinations experienced debilitating
          errors.
*Action: Verify that archive log destinations are being specified and/or
take the necessary step to correct any errors that may have
          occurred.

Regards
Michel

Which practical solution for "Verify"?
Have a look under your server if your wire is not plug-out. This a practical solution. Does it help you?
What don't you understand in:
Quote:
Verify that archive log destinations are being specified and/or take the necessary step to correct any errors that may have occurred.

Michel

@rtskrajan

In case you are going for instance recovery you may risk losing some of your data by going for this statement.
As this makes your statement impractical to use.

You go for this statement only when
you want to Clear A Log File If It Has Become Corrupt.
