Hi,

Want to know about number conversion to PACK data. In my project,we need to pack the date and number field and need to send it to Mainframe as a flat file. I tried googling and no much information found. Can you pls help me on this?

A problem from 1970 or 1980s.
I solved this when I was in college, but have forgotten then answer.

heheheh packed data .. I vaguely remember that ..

not sure but try a search on the oracle Convert function
