My Oracle version is : 9.2.0.7.0

One of the table in the user I logged in is locked by me accidently in the previous sessions (This I confirmed from the Kill Trace sessions list in TOAD). I want to release the locks on the table

Lock will be release as soon as your previous killed session will be rolled back.
You can't do it externally.

A lock can be released either by a COMMIT or ROLLBACK. So, you have to see how you do either of those in your case

thanks for your reply.

The session is not available to rollback /commit. I will ask my dba to kill the session
