hi everyone,
actually i was firing the following "flashback" query
but i am getting again and again an error when i was trying to put my database to backtime.
my steps are described below...........

after login as   SYS

  1  BEGIN
  2  EXECUTE IMMEDIATE DBMS_FLASHBACK.ENABLE_AT_TIME(TO_TIMESTAMP('06-JUN-07 20:00:00','DD-MON-YY HH24:MI:SS');
  3* END;

SQL> /
EXECUTE IMMEDIATE DBMS_FLASHBACK.ENABLE_AT_TIME(TO_TIMESTAMP('06-JUN-07 20:00:00','DD-MON-YY HH24:MI
                  *
ERROR at line 2:

even i fire another also where i remove the "immediate" key word
that is

  2    EXECUTE DBMS_FLASHBACK.ENABLE_AT_TIME(TO_TIMESTAMP('06-JUN-07 20:00:00','DD-MON-YY HH24:MI:SS');
  3  END;
  4  /
  EXECUTE DBMS_FLASHBACK.ENABLE_AT_TIME(TO_TIMESTAMP('06-JUN-07 20:00:00','DD-MON-YY HH24:MI:SS');

Why the execute (immediate)??

Get rid of it. See the docs how to call a procedure.
