hi all,

Pls let me know if i can export one DB from a 32bit oracle DB and import it on 64 bit oracle database server...

Yes you can.
With some exception due to extent size.
Use compress=n option.

Thanx sir..
Actually our client wants to migrate 32 bit database to 64 bit database....can u suggest me is there any other way than import/export to do the same..

If you upgrade on the same server with the same Oracle version, you don't have to export/import.
All steps are described in Metalink note 62290.1.
