I got the below error when I compile the trigger,

Can Anyone suggest me How to solve it,


SQL> show errors trigger UPDASSY_LCSTATE;
Errors for TRIGGER UPDASSY_LCSTATE:

LINE/COL ERROR
-------- -----------------------------------------------
0/0 PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
2/5 PLS-00553: character set name is not recognized

Client version (the one that create/compile the trigger)?
database character set?
