Hi
How can I create a DB LINK where connect to user is a OPS$ user.

I don't know but it is a very bad idea and a hole in security if this can be done.

It can't be done the way you hope. "Externally authenticated" accounts cannot be accessed via a password.

They can be accessed from the database sever (obviously) and they can also be accessed (I think) via a proxy server. I have no idea how this works - I've never done it. It may or may not help you. Search the doco of Externally Authenticated accounts.

Externally Authenticated accounts are typically validated by OID/LDAP server.
