Hi to everyone
i have a problem
i want to do a join but there is a problem and i dont know how to fix it

Select ins.ins_fecha, ins.ins_cue, cue.ins_cue, cue.exp_id
from edu_pp_instituciones ins
full join edu_pp_cue_exper cue
on ins.ins_cue = cue.ins_cue;

i tried to use () in the equal but didnt work
the error is

full join edu_pp_cue_exper cue
*
ERROR at line 3:
ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

Remove "full".
Change it to "left".
Add "outer".

Many things can be done but who knows which one is correct if you don't say us what you want to achieve.

sorry i used full but is left (i tried doing diferents joins) but if i do left, right, natural, or join (without left or right) the problem is the same
i didn't tried using outher
ill try and ill tell but now i have the documentation from sookman thnx in advance

PS OP are you aware of the fact that the ansi syntax (LEFT OUTER JOIN instead of (+) etc.) is available from version 9i and higher?
