Hi all,
I am rebuilding indexes with a high b-level on 1 of our databases with the command " alter index indexname rebuild tablespace tablesacename;" But, after the rebuild the b-level stays the same! Any suggestions, comments...

Thnx, Jaco

P.S. I posted this Q on this forum since there is no other form that I can see that is more relevant to this Q.

What is "high"? Is there anything unusual about the index in terms of selectivity, skewing, created reverse?

We say a HIGH is an index with a blevel of "3", there is nothing funny about the indexes like creates reverse or so. It's just that the blevel stays at 3 after the rebuild.
